1. Settings

• "The Seller" – Edna Chen, creator and operator of the website.

• "Customer" / "Purchaser" – any person browsing or ordering on the site who has placed an order.

• "Product" – an original work, including ceramics, prints, paintings, or any other item offered for sale on the Site.
  

2. Purchase process

• Purchases can be made through the website's payment system.

• After payment is made and confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent containing the order details.

• The products will be shipped to the address entered on the order form, and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the details are correct.
  

3. Deliveries

• The products are carefully packaged using protective materials, especially for fragile pieces.

• Order processing time: up to 5 business days.

Shipping methods:

• Home delivery – estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days.

• Self-pickup – by prior arrangement from Pardes Hanna.

• The shipping cost will be displayed when placing the order.

• The seller will not be responsible for delays beyond its control.
  

4. Cancellations and changes to the order

• You can cancel an order as long as it has not been shipped – within 24 hours from the date of purchase.

• To cancel, please contact us by email with the order number.

• After the product is sent, the transaction cannot be canceled.
  

5. Returns and Refund Policy

• There are no returns or exchanges due to changes in personal taste.

• In the event of a product defect or damage during shipment, notification must be made within 48 hours, along with photographs.

• After inspection - a credit or resend will be given, at the seller's discretion.

• No refund will be given for damage caused by the customer.
  

6. Warranty

• All products are inspected before shipping.

• There may be slight differences in color, shade, texture, or size – this is not a defect.

• The warranty does not include breakage, cracks, or damage resulting from improper use.
  

7. Copyright

• All rights to the images, texts, designs and works on the site are reserved by Edna Chen.

• You may not copy, reproduce, publish or use content from the website without prior written permission.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

• These regulations will be governed solely by Israeli law.
